Abby Thies (she/her)

Abby is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and an organizational development consultant with over 20 years’ experience working with individuals and teams. Drawing from her early career as an intelligence analyst and team lead at the CIA, she has successfully assisted leaders and organizations in tackling their toughest challenges. She uses her research background to design evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of the people with whom she works. She also specializes in somatic, body-based practices that help individuals and teams discover their core commitments and stick to them in the long-term. Abby partners with her clients to develop strategies for job transitions, large merger or change efforts, overcoming long-standing collaboration problems, and overall to create practices to support personal and professional development. She holds a Masters in Public Administration specializing in international management, an Organization Development certificate from Georgetown, and is certified by New Ventures West as an Integral Coach. She has also done extensive somatic coursework with the Strozzi Institute.

Angie Jones (she/her)

Making the decision to change your life for the better takes bravery, and you don't have to do it alone. As your coach, Angie walks alongside you, gently illuminating the way towards accessing your deeper, fuller self so you can bring this more authentic, whole self to all aspects of your life. Angie specializes in working with individuals who are leaders, medical professionals, people navigating career & life transitions, and those who are neurodivergent. As your coach, she can help you navigate life transitions like a career change, divorce, or starting something new from a grounded, intentional place, helping you uncover your next steps through self discovery so you can become the author of the next chapter of your life. As a neurodivergent person, she’s passionate about helping others like her, those with ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergence, heal the shame & pain that results from living in a world not built for you, and to learn to love & honor what makes you uniquely you. She also has 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and has a unique understanding of the complexities, challenges, and opportunities of working within the medical field.

Angie Jordan (she/her)

Angie is a certified integral coach with a unique background weaving together the business acumen from an MBA in sustainable business with a over 20 years of leading advanced wilderness survival and training courses. As a coach, Angie draws on her diverse skill set to create transformative experiences for her clients. Her expertise in small group facilitation, leadership coaching, and systems analysis enables her to create impactful coaching sessions that foster growth, alignment, and tangible results. Her background in wilderness training has instilled in her a deep appreciation for the power of nature to facilitate personal growth and transformation. She uses this understanding to help her clients connect with their inner selves and tap into their true potential. She has successfully worked with senior executive leadership and their teams to address equity and inclusion challenges, maintain program excellence, and developed frameworks to track and implement change. Passionate about fostering personal growth, cultural group development, and transparent communication, Angie thoughtfully empowers individuals to reach their full potential. She holds a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in sustainable business and possesses advanced certifications and training in various fields, including facilitation, permaculture design, Landmark Education Curriculum for Living, Pathwise Leadership, Racial Equity, Adaptive Leadership and Wilderness Survival/Wilderness Skills instruction at an advanced level. She is certified by New Ventures West as an Integral Coach.

Dana Hehl (she/her)

As a Certified Integral Coach, Dana helps individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their goals by guiding them towards clarity, resilience, and compassion. With a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of the mind, heart, and body, Dana uses a range of techniques and tools to tailor her coaching approach to each client's unique needs and goals. Having worked with diverse backgrounds and industries, including tech, non-profits, retail, hospitality, arts and media, healthcare, and education, Dana specializes in navigating complex challenges, building resilience, and cultivating purpose and meaning in work. Her coaching philosophy centers on the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and transformation, and she strives to create safe and inclusive spaces for her clients, bringing empathy, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor to her work. In addition to her coaching practice, Dana is also an experienced facilitator and trainer, with a track record of designing and delivering workshops and training programs on leadership, communication, and team dynamics. She draws on her extensive operations and people development experience in the cybersecurity sector, where she successfully led organizational change programs and supported multiple acquisitions.

Ghazal Tajmiri (she/her)

Ghazal is a former corporate litigation attorney who left law for a more fulfilling career as a life and leadership coach. She has over 13 years of litigation experience in international law firms representing major corporations in various business matters, as well as 8 years of national non-profit board of directors experience with the National Immigration Law Center, including leadership roles on the board. She began formally transitioning out of law in 2022 and is now a certified Integral Coach, focused on helping driven women and people of color integrate various aspects of their busy lives to operate at their best, both personally and professionally, while living a more joyful life. Ghazal holds a J.D./LL.M. degree, a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology and Political Science, and a minor in Near Eastern Languages & Cultures. She is a first-generation immigrant to the U.S. at age 9, and a lived experience with financial difficulties, mental health changes, dysfunctional family dynamics, getting out of toxic relationships, developing healthy boundaries and a strong sense of self. 

Hajar Doucouré (she/her)

Hajar, born and raised in Paris and now based in Los Angeles, brings a unique blend of cultural influences and experiences to her coaching practice. With a background as International Marketing Executive at Netflix, Amazon Studios, and Warner Bros., she is a seasoned expert in compassionate leadership, career and personal development, and effective people management. Her personal experiences of overcoming burnout, managing health challenges and integrating mystical experiences in her everyday life enable her to provide empathetic and otherworldly support.

Her key strengths include deep listening, root cause analysis, and a persistent commitment to supporting clients in achieving their goals. Having navigated the corporate landscape as an expat in the fast-paced and competitive entertainment industry, Hajar combines her corporate expertise with intuitive insights, depth psychology, archetypal tarot, and energy healing modalities to holistically guide clients on transformative journeys of self-discovery.

Linds Mazza (they/she)

Michelle Yam (she/her)

Michelle is a seasoned Marketing executive and coach dedicated to helping clients achieve their highest potential. With over 15 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced corporate environment, she has developed expertise in leadership development, purpose-alignment, intentional transitions, and developing a confident voice. Also a certified yoga teacher, Michelle brings a holistic perspective to her coaching, emphasizing the power of mindfulness and the mind-body connection to achieve greater balance, awareness, and fulfillment. She is known for her ability to connect with clients on a deep level and create a supportive environment for growth and learning. Shannon Shaper (she/her)

Shannon, first as a tech executive and now as a coach, is a values-driven thinker who draws on her broad range of international and professional experiences, her intuition, and her ability to ask questions and accept and adapt to whatever emerges. Born and raised on a ranch in Texas, she is now based in Northern California. She has lived and worked around the world, leading adventure tours from Laos to Pakistan. Her career has covered both the non-profit and corporate worlds, leaning first on her background in Mandarin Chinese, and over time, on her intuitive ability to lead and achieve success through empathy, curiosity and dedication to achieving results. Her personal experience as a working mother, non-profit and corporate leader and lifelong seeker bring a real-world perspective to the challenges clients face.

Whitney Capps (she/her)

Whitney has been facilitating, training, coaching, and hosting for over ten years. She believes that learning is best when it's experiential, connective, personal and fun. Currently she is sharing her gifts and sharpening her practice with emerging leaders and teams. Whitney is a leadership and team effectiveness coach with a passion for empowering professionals at all levels to reach their next level of leadership. She has twelve years experience in coaching and facilitation, six with executive level leaders. Whitney’s background in facilitation, program development and coaching began in youth development. She has been working with adult professionals and teams for seven years. She is a certified integral coach and is also certified in a variety of individual leadership and team development frameworks. Whitney has experience with a variety of leaders and specializes in emerging leaders, law and government, tech leaders, entrepreneurs, and non-profit leaders and activists.
