
Organizational Coaching
Shifting the culture.
In organizational coaching, we will work with individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole to create a culture of continuous improvement and growth. Depending on the scope of the change desired, this type of engagement can focus on a short-term project such as an annual meeting or strategic planning exercise, or long-term efforts such as realignments, mergers, or other cross-functional transitions.
Organizational coaching will typically involve engagements at multiple levels, including executive leadership, team or first-line managers, and staff. The program can roll out over just a few weeks, or longer term, depending on complexity. We can also work with your HR/people management units to augment existing internal resources for special projects or to help train managers in effective coaching techniques to use with their staff.
